Maricel Soriano, after signing the contract, was so excited doing TV projects again

Maricel Soriano was very happy returning back to her home network. The Diamond star signed a new contract to ABS-CBN last Monday.

According to Miss Maricel, “Siyempre unang-una, nagpapasalamat ako. Ang saya-saya ko dahil napaka-warm ng welcome sa akin talaga at nararamdaman ko kaya haping-happy ako,” she said.

She will be doing new teleserye to kapamilya network entitled “Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin” together with Gerald Anderson, Cristine Reyes, Rayver Cruz, Diana Zubiri, Tonton Gutierrez, and Dina Bonnevie.

She added, “I’m very excited working with Dina kasi it’s been a long time. I Will Survive ’yung last namin, that’s a long time ago. ‘Wow!’ Sabi ko, ‘How nice naman working with Tonton again,” she happily said.

Aside from Dina, Maricel also admires the young actors of the teleserye such as Gerald and Rayver especially they were trained by Mr. Johnny Manahan, “I feel very blessed to work with them lalo na galing sila sa tatay ko, kay Mr. M. alam ko talagang magaling ’yung training na ginawa sa kanila. Inalagaan sila dahil hands on ang tatay ko sa kanila. Tingnan mo naman lahat sila, magaling,” she explains.

Maricel and Gerald don’t have previous project while Rayver had been already worked with the Diamond star in one sitcom when he was still young, “Noong birthday pa lang ni Deo (Endrinal) doon pa lang kami nagkaroon ng little chat ni Gerald. Si Rayver, he grew up with us sa Kaya ni Mister, Kaya ni Misis. Binata na sila and they’re very tall like my sons. My two boys are also tall,” says Maricel.
