Judy Ann Santos on Pinoy MasterChef this November 12 on ABS-CBN

When ABS-CBN launched the very first episode of Junior Master Chef in Kapamilya Channel, it highlights the struggles and triumphs of many young aspiring cooks in the country. Teleserye Queen Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo was one of the hosts of the show.

This coming November 12, a new episode featuring new version of the popular cooking reality show will give ordinary people from different places, different generations, and different background another chance to prove their cooking powers and overcome their life’s challenges for their dreams. A Very First Pinoy MasterChef will win one million Pesos worth of prizes (1P Million) for this season. The cooking reality show will be aired in ABS-CBN channel.

The show will be hosted again by Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo, chef Rolando “Lau” Laudico, chef Fernando “Ferns” Aracama, and chef JP “Jayps. According to the Teleserye Queen, “The challenges will definitely be harder. We will be blunter in giving comments. To be a good chef, one needs to endure all the hardships.” said Juday.

Pinoy MasterChef also gets a fresh new twist as it will highlight the amateur chefs’ struggles, their goal to prove themselves, and aspirations for their loved ones. “Viewers will relate better because we will not only bring out the contestants’ talent but also their real-life stories,” Judy Ann added.

More than being a cooking show, MasterChef Pinoy Edition will give viewers a taste of ‘reality’ by housing the finalists under one roof. There they will their develop appreciation for life as they blend with others, foster new bonds and conflicts, and experience success and defeat with each other.

Moreover, aspiring chefs and viewers will also get useful information on the said show, they can use in their daily lives such as easy to prepare cooking demonstrations of Filipino recipes and home management and health tips.

Meanwhile, on Saturdays, witness the fun food adventures of Melai Cantiveros and Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 housemates Joj and Jai Agpangan in MasterChef Saturdish Edition where they discover and whip up extraordinary dishes as well as give out cooking tips and trivia.
