What made Bea Alonzo successful in career and her love life?

Kapamilya Gallery News - Miss Bea Alonzo was already contented even though their movie "The Mistress" did not beat the record set by the "Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin" in raising for the top-grossing Filipino movie of all time and she clears that she is already happy with all the achievements gained of her movie.

According to the young actress "Masayang-masaya ako na nag-P200 million (estimated) siya. ‘Di ko na nga alam kung magkano, pero masayang-masaya ako na it reached that far,” Bea explained. She admitted that it actually exceeded her expectations because initially, she was unsure of how the people would react to the film’s plot that tackles about one woman’s affair with a married man. “Nung una nga, nung premiere night medyolukewarm ‘yung mga tao. Akala namin hindi siya kikita,” she confessed.

She also added, “Pero na-appreciatenila sobra-sobra. We got good reviews and dun pa lang masayang-masaya na kami… Alam mo we’re really greedy kung aasamin pa namin ‘yung mas malaki do’n. Ibig sabihin ‘yun talaga ang biniyaya ni Lord and tatanggapin ko ‘yun nang buong puso,” she declared. As of press time, The Mistress has already reached the P300-million mark worldwide.

When she was told about her successful career and blooming lovelife at the same time, her reaction was “Alam mo for the longest time maniniwala na sana ako na, ‘Mamili ka career ba or love life?’ Kapag okay daw ang love life, hindi raw okay angcareer. Kapag okay daw ang career walang love life. Pero I’m the living proof na okay… na pwedeng magsabay.”

Many celebrities find it hard to manage one’s career and love life at the same time, But Miss Bea said that it is possible for her because of her very understanding boyfriend, Zanjoe Marudo. “I’m very lucky na understanding ‘yung boyfriend ko. Kasi siguro malaking bagay ‘yung pareho kaming artista, naiintindihan niya ‘yung schedule ko.” She continued that not being able to spend enough time together works for their relationship. “The more na nagiging sweet ‘yung relationship namin siguro kasi nami-miss namin ang isa’t-isa at nakakatulong ‘yon.” She explained.

Things weren’t always like this for Bea because it took a while before she found a relationship that made her this happy. “May tamang panahon, tamang pagkakataon para sa love and ibibigay naman Niya sa iyo ‘yon sa tamang panahon,” added by the young actress of A Beutiful Affair.

It was reported last year that Bea and Zanjoe went to the US to spend New Year’s together, but for the upcoming holidays, Miss Bea said she intends to spend it with her family in a country within Asia.
