Vice Ganda: The movie success is enough even without an award

Kapamilya Gallery News - “This Guy’s In Love With U Mare” movie had reached the P200Million revenue just for its 2 weeks in  movie theatres. Vice Ganda was so very pleased with the result of their movie which is also starred by Miss Toni Gonzaga and Luiz Manzano.

Besides the big income of the film, viewers were also satisfied with the movie and support the film with  positive reviews. According to Vice Ganda “Bukod sa nakakatawa, maganda ang istorya at totoo ’yung pangyayari. Nagustuhan nila, maganda ang pagkakagawa,” added by the comedian.

There’s a possibility that Vice Ganda could get the Phenomenal Box Office Star title for this film, the same  award that he got from Guillermo Mendoza Scholarship Foundation for his previous movie entitled “Praybeyt  Benjamin” last year. 

The comedian told the reporter that, “Oo, ipinagdarasal pero kung ano ang ibigay sa akin ng Diyos okay na.  Sobrang malaking bonus na ’yun eh. ’Yung matapos lang namin nang matiwasay ’yung pelikula na walang naging problema. As in never kaming nagka-problema at all, ang saya-saya. ’Tapos ’yung kumita, maraming  nagandahan, pinanood nang paulit-ulit, ’yung nag-pay off lahat ng pinagtrabahuhan namin,” Vice Ganda  explained.

However, Vice Ganda is preparing now for his next movie project that he will be doing along with Miss Kris  Aquino and AiAi Delas Alas entitled “Sisteraka”. The said movie will be an entry to the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival.
