Angelica Colmenares a.k.a Angel Locsin as her stage name was bon in Santa Maria Bulacan on April 23 1985. Her father is Angelo Colmenares and her parents separated when she was 14 years. She lived with her father since her parents both separated. Angel Locsin is an Actress, Comercial Model, Fashion Designer and a Film Producer. Earlier on her career, she was discovered by a talent manager at SM City North Edsa shopping mall in Quezon City and after that she had auditioned in several commercials.
Her first project under ABS-CBN was the high ranking television show "LOBO" wherein she was teamed with Piolo Pascual. She also appered in "Toda Max" a comedy TV show in ABS-CBN with co-stars Vhong Navarro, and Robin Padilla. She had her first box office movie entitled "Love Me again" under Star Cinema which was directed by Rory Quintos and she got another film entitled "Unofficially Yours" (a highest grossing film to date)
Will she be the next Darna in ABS-CBN? well she's the most perfect one, so let's wait and see.
