Yeng Constantino became emotional when her album sold huge copies

Yeng Constantino became emotional when she again got the award for being Favorite Female Artist in MYX Awards recently. It was her third time to win on the said category, said the kapamilya singer.

“Sunud-sunod lang kasi ang biyaya ni God sa akin. Overwhelmed ako. Para lang akong batang binigyan ng bagong regalo. Sobrang naiiyak lang ako,” said Yeng.

According to the singer, there were many people who teased her when they saw her in tears in front of so many crowd especially it’s not often for her to get emotional.

“Sobrang tough nga ako eh pero sobrang na-strike talaga ang heart ko. Sobrang gustung-gusto ko ’yung ginagawa ko na kumakanta ako, saka sumusulat ako ng kanta,” explained Constantino.

She was also so glad that her Metamorphosis album sold huge copies in the market and recently it garnered the number 2 spot in the music chart of the country.

“Grabe! Sobrang overwhelmed po talaga ako. Sabi nila mahirap na raw makabenta ng fifty CDs ngayon sa mall show. Nakakabenta ako one hundred fifty, one hundred thirty CDs. Sobrang miracle ‘yon kahit mall shows lang. Pagkatapos ng mall show ko, ang haba ng pila. Ang daming bumibili ng album. ’Tapos nag-number two pa, over all hit chart sa malls, best selling album kasama ‘yung foreign. Hindi ko alam ang nararamdaman ko,” she happily said.
