Apart from the awards of
the winners on the 38th MMFF awarding ceremony at the Meralco
Theater last December 27, press people and fans were also awaiting to see their
idols wearing their gowns and tuxedos.
Many of the male
celebrities who are cast members of the movies and participated in the event were
just wearing simple black suit such as Zanjoe Marudo, Cesar Montano, and
Dingdong Dantes. While Governor E.R.
Ejercito wore all white suit and pants matching to the all white dress of the
Best Actress of the MMFF “The Superstar” Miss Nora Aunor.
After a few moments, the
crowd and press people were stunned with the star of “One More Try” Miss Angel
Locsin when she enters the red carpet wearing a Roberto Cavalli dress, she was
accompanied by her real-life boyfriend Phil Younghusband wherein the couple was
intrigued by the press regarding their marriage plans. Cristine Reyes, however, pulled the cameras
of the press as she’s wearing a see through dress that night.
Meanwhile, KC Concepcion
was also wearing a stunning lazy black dress styled by Bang Penida. But the
most talked of the night dress during the awarding ceremony was the event’s
host dress, the Queen of All Media, Miss Kris Aquino. She was wearing a green gown (designed by
Cary Santiago) where her cleavage was exposed a bit.
The Male and Female Star
of the Night was none other than the SuperStar Miss Nora Aunor and the former
President Josepth Ejercito Estrada.
