Kris Aquino was very proud for Josh’s 100 lbs weight loss


The queen of all media Miss Kris Aquino was very proud of her eldest son Josh’s dedication to reduce his body weight. The latter had lost almost 100 pounds this year and it was very amazing.

According to Kris, there were many things that helped her son lose weight. “Sobra, grabe, discipline. Number one breakfast, that’s the most important meal. He was not eating breakfast before, now he eats it, nagpu-fruits at miso soup, portion control. Five times a day kumakain pero konti-konti and then tinigil ‘yung mga deep fried food, tinigil ang mga sugar drink and ang fruit is the dessert. It came from him, he works out six days a week, as in talaga,” shares Kris.

“Talagang proud ako kasi this time last year his waistline was 46, it’s now 36. He was 320 pounds. The last weigh-in nila, he was 220. Ang goal lang namin because he is 6’2” is to be 215 pounds. Sobrang lapit na talaga, konting-konti na lang, ang nabago ‘yung outlook niya, nabago ‘yung disposition niya at ngayon na-excite na siya sa damit so ‘yung namang nanay, na-excite rin na bagong wardrobe para sa kanya,” she added.

Miss Kris is still not buying new clothes for her son (Josh) because he is still continuously reducing weight, “Sinabi sa akin nung coach na hinay-hinay daw kasi nga liliit pa. But this is the first time na kasya na siya sa large na shirt. For the longest time he was triple extra large. Kaya sobra talaga ‘yung pagka-proud namin doon. Sabi ko nga tinalo pa niya ‘yung mga Biggest Loser. Kasi di ba 92 pounds,” recounts the TV-host-actress.
