It was thought that the new movie of Miss Sarah Geronimo entitled “It Takes a Man and a Woman” is a Valentine’s Day presentation of Star Cinema and Viva Films but according to the Pop Princess when she was interviewed, their movie of John Lloyd is expected to be released in March.
It was also confirmed in a press release made recently that the playdate of the movie would be scheduled on Black Saturday.The only sad news about this was Miss Sarah confirmed that this would be their last installment of the movie which is a love story of Laida Magtalas (Sarah Geronimo) and Miggy Montenegro (John Lloyd Cruz). If they will be doing another film it will be surely a new concept.
The Pop Princess added that there was a big change in her character as Laida, and when she was asked by the press if they would have a kissing scene with Lloydie, she said she’s not sure yet if it will gonna happen.
“Hindi ko pa masagot. Basta kailangang pag-usapan muna, kailangan ang consent ng parents ko at manager ko. Kailangan ding malaman kung ready na ang supporters ko na may kissing scene ako at higit sa lahat kung ready na ako. Kung half of my heart lang ang ready, hindi ko pa nakikita ang sarili ko na may kissing scene. Pero nagtitiwala ako sa director ko, saka mas komportable ako kay John Lloyd ngayon. Binibiro nga ako nun ’pag nakikita akong nakatulala sa set,” says Miss Sarah.
This year 2013 is actually the 10th year anniversary of the Pop Princess in her showbiz career, that’s why Viva is planning to present a major concert on Pop Princess’ birthday in July. There were no concrete details yet on the said concert plan but according to Mr. Vic Del Rosario, this would be bigger than the last concert of Sarah (24/SG) and there was no confirmation yet on the concert venue.
