Sarah Geronimo gears up for her first drama anthology with Paulo Avelino

As reported previously about the Popstar Princess’ new drama anthology in ABS-CBN, Sarah Geronimo is now gearing up for her first drama show with Paulo Avelino in Sara G Presents.

“Sobrang grateful ako sa ABS-CBN. Nandoon din ang pressure na talagang binibigay nila ang magagandang proyekto sa akin. Hindi ko naiiwasang ma-overwhelm din na kaya ko ba ito? Pero lahat naman magagawa through prayers. At 'yung production namin, magtutulungan kami para maging maganda ang drama anthology,” she said.

The 25-year old singer is hoping it will be easier for her to do the drama scenes this time as she is not consistent in making such scenes.

“Kailangan lang matutunan kong ihiwalay yung ako sa character ko. Kumbaga, hindi kasi ako consistent sa drama. Adjustment na naman sa akin... Malaki ang pasasalamat ko sa direktor ko and mga co-actors ko na talagang supportive sila para bigyan ako ng time para maka-deliver ng maayos,” shares Sarah.

Meanwhile, the talented singer-actress said she is looking forward to working with Avelino, whom she describes as a very dedicated and passionate actor.

“First time to work with him. Sa 'Sarah G Live' nag-guest na siya several times. Impression ko sa kanya as an actor, dedicated, passionate. Talagang nakikita ko sa performances niya na talagang bigay-todo. Ang galing, effective siya. As a person, mukha siyang mabuting tao,” said the singer-actress.
