Gerald Anderson is so proud telling his experiences in Cannes

Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson just came back last week to the Philippines after attending the Cannes International Film Festival in France wherein his new movie project entitled OJT (On the Job) was one of the entries. According to the actor it’s a good experience for him to attend the said event.

“Bilang Pinoy siyempre ang ganda para i-represent ’yung bansa. Hindi lang ’yung movie eh. Sobrang proud ako kasi the movie did very well at maganda ’yung feedback ng gawang Pinoy. So, you know, just to be part of that, ’yung experience na ’yun, the best,” said Gerald, with a smile.

This is also the very first time that Gerald had attended the red carpet premiere in other country that’s why he admitted that he would not forget the experience.

“’Yung movie kasi ng OTJ ’di siya ’yung sa competition eh. So wala kaming red carpet. It was for Directors’ Fortnight. But kami ni Rayver (Cruz), nandoon kami ng premiere ng ibang movies kaya na-experience namin ’yung red carpet. Ang ga­ling,” recounts Gerald.

“Sobrang sarap ng feeling kasi you see all those people who are really passionate about film, ’yung sobrang mahal nila ’yung pagdating sa movies. Hindi lahat ng artista sa Pilipinas mai-experience ’yun so I’m very blessed... Ang suwerte ko” He said.
