Sarah Geronimo to compete with Adele, Madonna, Celine Dion on World Music Awards

After she was nominated in 26th Nickelodeon kids’ choice awards, Sarah Geronimo is again nominated on three categories of World Music Awards.

She is nominated as Best Female Artist of 2013. She will be competing on the said category with Hollywood eminent stars such as Adele, Beyonce, Celine Dion, Madonna, Britney Spears, and many more.

Aside from that, she was also nominated in “World’s Best Live Act” wherein she will be competing with Psy and David Bowie, and another nomination for “World’s Best Entertainer of the Year” which she will compete with Justin Bieber and Katy Perry on the said category.

To be chosen as a winner of the Worlds Music Awards, the criteria will depend on the online voting and a record sales.

The organization is recognizing the best-selling recording artists in the whole world. ‘International Music Awards Ceremony honoring the World’s Best-Selling Recording-Artists chosen by fans!’ is the tagline of the World Music Awards.

“There is no jury involved and the Awards truly reflect the most popular artists as they are determined by the actual fans who vote and buy the records. The national member groups of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) provide the organization with the names of the best-selling artists from the major territories,” posted on their website.

Speaking of Sarah, their movie “It Takes A Man And A Woman“, that starts today in theaters nationwide brings extra-ordinary “kilig” factor.

If you will watch the movie, you could understand why John Lloyd recently was emotional on their interviews on the said film.

Lloydie’s statement was said to be true, as he mentioned that after you watched the film you would surely feel happy.

Aside from its Graded A on Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB) which means to say 100% tax rebate, Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) also rated the film as Rated G, meaning the said movie could be watched even by children.
